Delivery Methods & Charges

We are proud to offer reliable shipping options to get your iconic aluminium silhouettes to you safely and promptly.

Shipping Method Delivery Time  Cost and  Notes 

1. Royal Mail 2nd Class  2-3 business days £2.95 Tracked service. Our most economical option.
2. Royal Mail 1st Class 1-2 business days £3.95 Tracked & signed-for service for faster delivery.

Processing Time: All orders are lovingly hand-packed and processed within 1-2 business days  (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays) before being handed over to our shipping partners.

Important Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

 

I Still Have Not Received My Order

We’re sorry your order hasn’t arrived yet! Let’s work together to find it. Most issues can be resolved by following the steps below.

Step 1: Check Your Tracking Information
First, please check your email (including your spam/junk folder) for your shipping confirmation, which will contain your unique tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.

Step 2: Check Your Delivery Address
Log into your account on our website to double-check that the shipping address you provided is complete and correct.

Step 3: Check with Your Household & Neighbours
Sometimes parcels are left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or in your building’s reception area.

Step 4: Contact Us
If you’ve completed the steps above and it has been more than 5 business days for 1st Class or 7 business days for 2nd Class, please get in touch with us at insert your email address, e.g., support@divasandgeezers.co.uk with your Order Number and Name

We will contact the shipping carrier on your behalf to initiate a trace and investigate the issue. We are here to help!

The items received are incorrect or are defective

The Items Received Are Incorrect Or Are Defective**

We take great care in packing your order, but we are human, and sometimes mistakes can happen. If your order isn’t perfect, we sincerely apologise and will make it right immediately.

What to do:

1. Contact Us: Please email us at support@divasandgeezers.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide Details: In your email, include:
* Your Order Number
* Your Name
* A clear description of the issue (e.g., “Received a Shakespeare brooch instead of the Amy Winehouse one,” or “There is a visible scratch across the surface”).
Photographs of the incorrect or defective item, as well as of the packaging it arrived in. This helps us identify the problem and prevent it from happening again.

Our Promise:

* For incorrect items, we will send you the correct item immediately and provide a pre-paid returns label for you to send the wrong one back.
* For defective items, we will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost. We may ask you to return the defective item so we can perform a quality control check.
